Writing software
AuthorsDrop
AuthorsDrop is developed and supported by the AuthorsDrop Support Team. It brings structure to the practical work of planning, writing and preparing a manuscript for publication.
Why it exists
Authors should be able to plan, write, organise and prepare a book without renting their own work back from a subscription.
Built around the manuscript
AuthorsDrop brings a binder, corkboard, inspector, structured templates and professional publishing tools into one writing environment. It is designed for novels, non-fiction, stage plays, screenplays and dissertations.
The software is offered with lifetime access rather than a subscription. Your working copy saves on your device first. Built-in AuthorsDrop Secure Sync encrypts projects on the device before uploading an encrypted synchronisation copy for your signed-in devices. No Dropbox account or third-party storage subscription is required.
The AuthorsDrop Support Team maintains the software and helps writers use its planning, writing and publishing tools.
